Coupang Blocks FTC Inspections as Notice Fight Goes to Appeal

Coupang is refusing FTC on-site inspections, arguing the agency skipped a required seven days' written notice. Seoul High Court declined to suspend the inspection; Coupang's appeal is pending, no violation has been established, and no penalty imposed.
